Employment
Everyone has unique talents, skills, and interests to contribute to their community. SCBDD supports individuals with developmental disabilities as they explore employment opportunities and pursue meaningful work.
Through person-centered planning, Service and Support Administrators (SSAs) can help individuals identify employment goals, connect with resources, and navigate available supports. Employment services are primarily provided through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) and community employment providers, but SCBDD is here to help individuals and families understand their options and take the next step.
